He is an member of the editorial advisory board of “Journal of Management Development” since 1998.
Education and training
Frédéric has his MBA in Business & Management from Laval University – Quebec, Canada. He holds a Master degree in Economics from the University Louis
Pasteur – Strasbourg, France. He is a master trainer in several psychometrics (SLD®, Personal Directions®, IDI®, SPA®…) and accredited in various others (Hogan Assessments®, TMP®
…). He also is a trained coach and NLP practitioner. He has learned and developed his coaching practice by joining in 1991 one of the two French companies (A.R.J) who introduced coaching in
France.
More specifically regarding his consulting practice, it has been nurtured and developed over the years by many professionals he met and learned from (Irène
Bouaziz, Dominique Christian, François Delivré, Robert Dilts, Frank Farrelly, Charles Faulkner, Robert Hogan, Jim Mahoney, Gareth Morgan, Thierry Pauchant, Ralph Stacey, …). For the last 30
years he has been exploring the richness of how individual pilot or cope with individual transitions, and published several papers on this topic. This also gave him some opportunities to work closely
with William Bridges.
He is bi-cultural in French & German. He works and consults in French, English and German.
